I had been going to Ketchum's Auto for a couple years for oil changes, and light maintenance for my Chevy Blazer for a couple years. I had to do a scheduled transmission filter and fluid change to keep my warranty from being void, so I went to Ketchum's. After the work was done, I drove a couple miles, and noticed the automatic transmission was slipping, so I turned around and brought my Blazer back to Ketchums.
