Our Product Compass Furnished Apartments is a leading provider of both short-term and long-term fully furnished apartments throughout the Northeastern United States. Our comfortable homes, streamlined reservation process and “concierge-style” client services enable us to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, all at a tremendous value. Our forward looking approach to technology and sustainable business practices coupled with our experience in evaluating and fulfilling the specific needs of every client lead many to choose Compass for their furnished apartment needs. Our Story In 2006, Compass opened its first location in Stamford, Connecticut, a highly competitive marketplace. With a strong focus on high quality apartments and “concierge-style”customer service, Compass quickly stood out from the crowd. As 2006 came to a close, Compass had grown to over 150 furnished apartments in Fairfield and Westchester Counties with its sights set on expanding into Manhattan and Massachusetts. As 2007 began, Compass Furnished Apartments made some important changes that truly set it apart from its competitors. The founding partners, brothers Chris and Eric Fleming, wanted to incorporate their desire to minimize the company’s environmental footprint by adjusting how the company thought. Many of the resulting changes not only helped to reduce waste, but were economically beneficial. Compass opened their Boston office in 2008 in the heart of the historic North End of Boston, Massachusetts and with operational headquarters in Quincy. This strong presence in Metro-Boston enabled the company to grow quickly in both Boston and Cambridge while also expanding our service area to cover Metro-West and Rhode Island.
