One of our employees went into the store because he had to replace a phone that had water damage. We already had a contract and the sales person named Dylan Klamm insisted he had the best deal and to trust him. It was going to be the cheapest... Well we now have to two year contracts with Verizon on one phone line. The original one was purchased in July here locally.
