I bought a 2003 Toyota Matrix at their Fullerton location. A WEEK after the purchase, the left rear tire peeled off in the middle I5 freeway around Irvine. We were lucky enough not to get in an accident. We took the nearest exit, drove to the nearest parking lot and took out the tools only to find that THEY DIDN’T FIT. The lug wrench included in the car was not for a TOYOTA and was too small. We had to leave the car there for the night and come back the next day with a wrench borrowed from my mom's Camry. We ended up changing all four tires just to feel safe again. At least
