Communication Breakdown. Why does it seem like most of these management companies are run by people who could not sell house, have no business experience or education, and lack the communication/PR skills that most servers at McDonald's do have? This company is THE worst I have dealt with, and I've had to deal with a couple handfuls. Tish Matthews must be an imaginary person because she does not respond to phone calls or emails.
