I had my bioinic retex done here, and it was a HUGE mistake. I had a horrible experience. My hair is breaking all the way from the roots, it keeps falling and what is worst, Monica burned my scalp! She was VERY rude while she was working to get this done. I wish I had gotten up the chair and left, but she had already started the work.
