Went into the store expecting a "pushy" sales person like at other furniture stores in the area. Someone to follow me around and look over my shoulder and second guess what I was thinking. However, I delt with Shanon whom was there but only to offer his knowledge and he actually seemed to care about me as a customer. He wasn't there to push me to buy something but to explain my options. He seemed to know his product inside and out which was impressive and put me at ease.
