Horrible, Horrible experience. I've only dealt with them once, and I hope I never have to again! when another person wrote my information down incorrectly, I received a NASTY phone call about it. they accused me of lying. the problem actually had nothing to do with me. It was Thrifty's mistake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
