The taxi service is not sent on time, especially in the morning. It happened three times already and made me late for work. No matter how advance I called,the taxi always came 10-15 mins late than the time I asked for, even I left the time to wait for them in the train station. A lady on call to assign the taxi is not very professional. She is not patient and doesn't let the passenger know that the cab is late. The taxi drivers are very nice.
