Prime 505 in Collingswood might be better called "Sub-Prime .505." I am curous to know whether any of the three employees present for our meal were managers--I can't imagine an owner or manager of a restaurant not being aghast at the poor service we received. We made the mistake of going two nights before the restaurant closed for the summer. I can only guess that the owner/regular chef/regular staff had already gone on vacation, and that we were served by untrained fill-ins.
