HealthSource x-rayed my back, did adjustments and told me to use ice not heat to treat my back pain. They also gave me exercises to do which helped. I couldn't stand for a period of time or sit for any length of time because I would be really stiff when I sat too long. I can stand for longer periods of time and don't have very much pain.
