The customer service at the Weave Bar on Rex Rd was very poor. The stylist was on the phone when I arrived. I waited for 10 minutes for her to finish her conversation. When she finally started on my hair, she states I needed a stocking cap for my weave. The previous times I had my hair done at the Weave Bar the stocking cap was provided to me. I had to leave the chair, go to the beauty supply and purchase my stocking cap because "she didn't have any at the time". She continues to work on my hair and then her boyfriend shows up.
