I have never left a review for a business but I felt that I needed to let other parents know about my experience with one staff member in this office. I recently called this office to make an appointment for my son. Within the first few seconds of my making this call I was interrupted several times as the receptionist/admin Jennie's cell phone kept ringing. I normally would not mind but I could not get a word in edge wise as the receptionist rapidly spat out questions. She tried to hurry me along to obviously go and make her cell phone call, which I would have been happ
