VERY, VERY, VERY, rude, unprofessional people when you cancel a cake, they try to charge a cancellation fee, claiming they are like a doctor's office. HELLO YOU ARE A BAKERY, FAR FROM A DOCTOR GET REAL! And then they yell at you on the phone and don't let you get a word in. never ever again will I order a cake from them again.
