We called this company when our fridge started over freezing food. The cust. representative immediately set up an appointment the same day which we really appreciated because we did not want our food to go bad. So, the technician arrived, gave me a 20 min before he arrived and diagnosed the problem and gave me a good estimate. He fixed it the same day because he said he had the necessary parts in his track. I would call them back in case if i need any other appliance problems.
