My husband went to UMI Japanese Steakhouse Sushi & Bar for a nice valentines dinner. What a way to end the excitment for a wonderful evening. First, the parking is very limited. I was amazed when we walked in and saw such a beautiful ambience and the lack of customer service snapped us back to reality. I went to what I thought was the hostess desk and stood there or a good minute before I had to finally ask if I was standing in the right place to be seated.
