I recently applied for an apartment here. I saw on craigslist how inexpensive they were so I was skeptical of how nice they were being portrayed on their ad. These apartments are awesome! They are big, new and are nicer than ANY apartments in Chico. The girls that work there are cute and helpful. I like that they have a gym and a computer room plus butte college is right across the street. The manager is really nice too. I have a few friends that live there. I hope I get an apartment because they are so inexpensive.
