i bought the living social package for me and my boyfriends mother for christmas we called and scheduled the appointment a month in advance. Two days before out appointment they call and cancel on us saying there is a scheduling conflict. i asked what it was and she said that everyone was going out of town for the weekend so they are going to be closed the receptionist was extremley rude and didnt care that she had just ruind our plans for the weekend. i asked to speak to a manager and the manager was even RUDER!!!! she wouldnt even let me get a word in edge wise
