Although the owner of this daycare facility provides excellent childcare, her business practices are very inconsistent! Our initial agreement in terms of hours was 7:00 am - 6:30 pm. She said her first shift of operation was from 7:00 am - 6: 30 pm and the second shift was from 7:00 pm - midnight. Initially she kept saying she would work with me in terms of my hours as I commute from downtown with heavy traffic. About a week and half later she abruptly changed her opening hours to 7:20 am and decided to charge me extra fees for picking my child up at 7:00
