Horrible service. I went with this company for property management services but had nothing but problems. Huge mistake for an out of town landlord like myself since they took advantage of that. Joe would never answers my questions and give me attitude about my questions. Do yourself a favor and look around because this is not who you want holding your money since they stole most of my rental payments.
