In the world of locksmiths they are a dime a dozen and its all about service and price. When I called the number associated with this locksmith I started off by saying hello and let him know it was not an emergency but I needed to schedule service. His reply was gruff, short, and without any personal interest whatsoever. He may be the greatest locksmith in the world but he lost me in the first 5 seconds. I represent a lot of rental properties in Frederick and he will never see any of it.
