Although the quoted price was the lowest of several that I received, there were two separate instances where an appointment time mutually agreed upon was not kept by the staff. In one instance, there was no communication at all for five days after the scheduled appointment despite repeated attempts by me to contact them (phone and email). I was disappointed that the vendor was not at all apologetic for missing the appointment time.
