I went there to find exercise, I found so much more! Friends, understanding, people like me. The training is disciplined, but well worth it because it leaves me feeling proud of myself, full of confidence and with hope that good things like this in our world will truly make a difference. People of all ages (3 to 73) train here and it is amazing to see the hard work, harmony & the team spirit that arises. Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim is a women that has trained over 50 years and delivers each time.
