The name "Ichiban" is taken from the Japanese word Ich-Bizi meaning first or number one. Well I can tell you that this buffet is far from being number one. I actually attended the restaurant on two separate occassions in the event the first visit was a fluke of a disaster with an opertunity for the restaurant to redeem itself before reaching a conclusion. I appreciate that someone has invested at great lengths into the community in which I and my family live but feel I should share my experiences with anyone wishing to read this.
