Just thought I'd inform everyone of a recent incident I experienced at Bill Knight Collision at 41st and memorial. I took my car in after a wreck to get the back passenger door fixed. After already having my car for 9 days, it then sat on their lot for a day and a half before I was called to pick it up (keep in mind I'm having to use a rental until then, luckily I'm not having to pay for it).
