I sent my phone in for repair and agreed to pay for a new battery. The phone wasnt repaired at all - since you cant even hear the caller. I could probably have worked around this somewhat using my bluetooth - except I DID NOT receive a new battery like I had paid for. The battery can only hold a charge for about 2 hours max - and that is when the phone is not in use. If you try and call them about a problem all of a sudden they stop taking your phone call. They know they are charging for parts they are not replacing and figure you will just give up. THIS IS A HORRIBL
