My A/Do was not cooling. I had obtained a new condenser unit from HVAC nearly five years ago. Support and installation were excellent then and today is the day to check the problem properly. Tech (Pete Horton) checked my device and there was a short outdoor at the condenser. It was fastened in just minutes. I opted for the $155 yearly company agreement (they'll come out in fall and examine the heating furnace) and all was effective. Pete cleaned the condenser as it had some mud splashed into it. He also changed my filter. He was very nice and easy to talk to. I
