I have experienced excellent service from Vertical Transport Inc. They installed an elevator in my home and have been servicing it ever since. They are very knowledgeable and I feel I can call and ask a question and get answers quickly. They are not looking to charge a fortune. They really care about the quality of their products and the service. The service people/mechanics are clean and do not smoke (that is a huge plus for me because I hate when repair people come into the house and smell of smoke).
