Review
While I was stretching out I felt a tingle in my shoulder and neck area. Soon after that the whole area became tight. I could hardly move it. I also had a strange painful tingling sensation down my left arm. Dr. Cooper took x-rays and was able to determine that I had a pinched nerve and a subluxation in my neck. She then made some adjustments and gave me some treatments, including a massage. It now feels much better. I now have much more mobility in the area. The tingling in my arm is slowly going away.
