Vishwa Tours is NOT a full service travel agent. they are the WORST service travel agents. They did not confirm my ticket inspite of asking them several times if we need to make the payment. Ms.Naina is not responsive enough to call even when she promises to call back. I will NEVER go back to this agent and would like everyone to be aware of how unprofessional this agent is.
