I had Groupon and was VERY impressed. Yes, they are very busy... but honest! First of all, you have to READ the Groupon details and FAQ's... they set the rules and it is all VERY clear. James and his sons came out on Mother's Day to accommodate my needs and the huge influx of business due to Groupon... he and the boys did outstanding work, were gracious and professional and well, charming too!! The work they do on screens makes them look new!! Even without Groupon, the regualr price is far less than I have paid in the past for very subpar work. James
