Despite the various Martial Arts styles worldwide you will see very little difference in the actual technique that these styles perform. What makes us unique however is we continue to teach the internal meditative aspect of the art. Children learn to focus and develop lifestyle skills, while adults learn to use their breath to better control the mind, and consequently change their thoughts and behaviors in order to live a happier more productive life. On merely a physical level our program is a collection of various styles based on three distances, a stand up position with distance, a stand up position against grabs and chokes, and a comprehensive curriculum of ground technique. Each class is designed to deliver a fantastic cardio workout, practical street effective self defense, and inspiration to bring ancient principles of mind into daily life.
