We had a 10 am appointment to get our carpets and couch cleaned. They call me at 930 and say both their vehicles are broken down, really? I suggest getting something a little more dependable when you in competition withh some very well know and reliable carpet cleaners. I am so screwed now took the day off work for nothing This sucks
