This company gave the most moronic report when we were selling our home last year. First off, we got our home in tip top shape for the sale which included replacing rotted wood with hardiplank, sheetrock repair, interior and exterior painting as well as almost $10,000 foundation leveling by a professional foundation company and the work came with a lifetime transferrable warranty.
