Somewhat expensive and they will push you to buy their brands. They told me that it takes them 2-3 weeks to get traine parts. I ended up making the mistake of getting a goodman which is not a bad AC but very loud. THe promised me that the new AC will be much quieter but its actually a bit louder than the old one. When I asked them about it they told me that there is nothing they can do now. They do not pull permits. When I called the city (yes I had to call myself) they told me that they never pulled a permit and sent a guy out. The installation people were great but th
