Alexandria Women's Counseling offers cognitive therapy and interpersonal counseling and support to women of all ages in the DC metro area. Issues include anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship problems, work-life balance, and the stress of infertility. Particularly well-suited for busy women, AWC offers walk and talk counseling sessions so you can get out, moving, and making progress and distance counseling options that you can use if you're traveling, your child care fell though, or you just want to avoid DC traffic.
