Conducted a transaction with these people over eBay, the item they sent was not as described and returned. I went on holiday without internet for several months and returned to discover a refund was never issued. They have not replied to my attempts at contacting them. It's too late for me to take action against them due to eBay policy, but I wanted to warn potential customers that this business is run by criminals. They even re-listed the item in question.
