Welcome! I believe any problem large or small can be approached and solved in the right setting. I provide counseling for adults, teens, and children, and been in the field for the past 22 years. The setting is a safe, confidential, and a nuturing space that allows you to take a deep breath and relax. This lends for insight and understanding of the issues at hand. In treatment I use cognitive/ behavioral (CBT) approaches, solution focused therapy and stress management. The goal is for you to have learned tools from our sessions that you keep on using after therapy has ended. I work with issues such as: depression, people in transitions, anxiety, stress , relationship problems, parenting , and school performance challenges. I also work with learning problems, and ADD. Most insurances are accepted and I have a sliding fee.
