He was very straightforward, no games, which i liked. I called few other local places to compare prices, and found price very reasonable, so i went with city windows. Their office took care of the building paperwork in a timely manner, Blinds were installed a few weeks later, installation was hassle free. My mom loves her blinds. Would definitely buy again.
