The Walden store at Dulles does not stand behind there product and workmanship. They reset my wife's 1.3C diamond into a ring I purchased there and within 3 months it broke off and is now lost. This was a diamond in a wedding ring from 30 years ago and they refuse to take any responsibility and told me to go talk to your insurance company.
