There is a lot to be said about customer service.... no matter how good previous reviews MAY claim this restaurant to be, a restaurant is only as good as its customer service. I made a 6:30 reservation, and was told upon arrival the table was just being set, well at 7:05 I was still waiting in the bar area on top of other people trying to eat (there is absolutely no waiting area for patrons) and the bartender didn't even ask me if he could get me a drink!
