Horrible customer sevice. Over paid someone to fry my hair because apparently she didn't know what she was doing. Litterally sat underneath a drier for 45 minutes because she was behind. Then another 30 minutes to blow dry it out. I was told if the health of my hair was most important to me then I shouldn't have went blonde. However she is the "hair professional" and should of talk to me about it before. I've been blonde before and never had my hair feel so terrible. Couldn't even get my money back to get someone else to fix it. Terrible customer service. Don'
