The owner is never present and the "attendants" couldn't be less enthusiastic about their jobs or less helpful. Incorrect info is given over the phone (In an attempt to attend 3 times, I had to call 15 times each time before the phone was answered), they don't man the back section at all and parties are blase at best. Nobody is mystery shopping or really keeping an eye on how this business is run and it shows! Attempting to go to open gym twice and they "fill up" at 35 kids and don't take reservations like their competitors at BounceU Rockville and C
