Holistic Health uses a synergistic combination of the different aspects of our lives - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental or social. The idea is to balance or harmonize these elements in your life to achieve health and wellness. Holistic Journey encourages individual choice of beliefs and the use of natural, holistic, and/or alternative therapies.
