Pros We had a great salesman whens we bought our camper. The Service techs Dennis and Tim were very helpful. Cons Our salesman was no longer with the company. They were unable to complete the installation of our brake controller at the trailer delivery. The owner tried to get us to sign a waiver and take the camper without brakes. There is no way my grand cherokee can stop a 29' camper without brakes. Even the service men warned us against this. The owner refused to deliver the camper to our home..well didn't refuse she would deliver it for $1.65/mile, we live
