Have, in the past, had successful transactions with Doug's, but recently I had a washer repaired by them with no success. When I called someone answered, but my number was taken and no one ever called me back. I called again and again no returned call. I have decided not to use Doug's services any longer and I would not recommend this firm after the way this situation was not handled by them.
