My husband and I were most impressed by the friendly and knowledgable staff but our whole experience was wonderful. Everyone we spoke to just really seemed to care about us being pleased. And, were we ever! They had an excellent selection and some really unique tile and carpet. (And i ought to know, we went everyplace around Bel Air.). Our salesperson, Jamie was so helpful and efficient. Our order came in and was installed quickly and our installer was Great: friendly, neat, and our floor turned out beautifully!
