Perhaps due to the onslaught of new coupon clients, Michael seems overwhelmed & lackluster. The intake process wasn't thorough & was rushed. There was no explanation of what to expect, what the classes entail, or much else. There is a big difference between the AM & PM class intensity & instructor involvement. The AM classes have instructors who cater to each type of student.... basic, intermediate, or advanced. While the owner may walk around or do a few minutes of exercises, Bobby & Theresa are AWESOME!
