Wow. I guess that is all I can say. Let me start by explaining that this last client is upset over an incident that happened 2 1/2 years ago. The problem started because he let his girlfriend use his credit card to pay for treatment of an abscess on her cat as well as an overdue balance that she owed. He gave her and us the credit card number over the phone with permission to use it for a specific amount on an estimate. We did not exceed the estimate. She never paid him back and months later he called me because he wanted me to refund the money to him personally becau
