I am one of 5 owners of a home listed by Connie Sims at 280 Morning Sun Drive in Woodland Park, Colorado. I have lived in Colorado for 49 years, and received my Colorado real estate license in 1981. I have been closely following Colorado real estate ever since. I found Connie to be focused on the buyer, not us as the sellers. She did not attempt to get the highest possible price for us, but encouraged prospective buyers to make lowball offers. She seemed to be only interested in her commission. Connie also insisted that we make many upgrades
